Our set includes three bands with different resistance levels to suit your progress and training type:

Light (5–15 kg): Ideal for providing minimal support during pull-ups, muscle-ups, or other technical movements. It's also perfect for dynamic warm-ups or mobility workouts with slightly more tension.

Medium (10–30 kg): Offers intermediate support for learning pull-ups, dips, or assisted strength training if you already have a physical base.

Heavy (20–40 kg): Our most resistant band. It's great for beginners with assisted pull-ups or for more intense leg and push-up training.
