2. Purpose: To maintain the business relationship for purchasing items from our online store, www.gorletic.com. Data will be retained for processing in our systems for as long as the service-based relationship is maintained, or to comply with legally established obligations. After the legal processing periods, your data will be deleted or, if applicable, anonymized. Additionally, your data may be processed to send commercial information about our products, offers, and news, based on the consents provided by you.

You can object to the processing of your personal data, in which case the company will stop processing your data unless for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of possible claims. You can request the portability of your personal data. In this case, we will send your personal data to you or to the data controller you indicate. You can revoke consents or exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, objection, and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, by submitting your request in the legally established terms to the company.
6. Complaints: You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the competent authority in protecting your personal data, through its electronic headquarters www.agpd.es or its postal address.
