Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla

Ceuta and Melilla:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to Ceuta and Melilla. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
a) The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (5-10€ for domestic orders and 14.9€ for international orders). This will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
b) You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make exchanges or returns.
c) To process a return or claim, it is necessary to present the order number and the buyer's identification.
d) Returns or exchanges will be subject to verification of the condition of the product and the conditions of purchase.
e) Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, soiling or lack of material.
f) Customised orders (technical modifications to the material or laser engravings) are not eligible for return as they are unique and personalised.
g) The refund amount will be processed by the same payment method used for the purchase.
h) If the product has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately and return the product with its labels and original packaging.
i) Once we have received the package and confirmed the manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping cost and send a new product.
j) At Gorilant we respect the customer's right of withdrawal. You can return the product within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided it is properly packaged and the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, follow the steps below:

Fill in the form fields to inform us about your return.
Once you submit the form, we will receive notification of your return.
We will send you the label to take it to a post office.
Wrap the package and take it to the nearest post office.
* If you prefer to handle the return yourself, send the product directly to our warehouse address to avoid return shipping charges. Please inform us beforehand if you decide to return the product yourself.

Once we receive the shipment at our facilities and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to pay the total amount of your return.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the product has left our premises. We will refund you as soon as possible, taking into account the relevant collection agency.
