All items will be shipped within 24-48 business days (Spain - Peninsula) and 3-5 days for international shipments.

Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla
Canary Islands:

Ceuta and Melilla:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to Ceuta and Melilla. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
a) The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (5€ for domestic orders and 9€ for international orders). It will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
b) You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make exchanges or returns.
c) To process a return or claim, it is necessary to present the order number and the buyer's identification.
d) Returns or exchanges will be subject to verification of the condition of the product and the conditions of purchase.
e) Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, soiling or lack of material.
f) Customised orders (technical modifications to the material or laser engravings) are not eligible for return as they are unique and personalised.
g) The refund amount will be processed by the same payment method used for the purchase.
h) If the product has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately and return the product with its labels and original packaging.
i) Once we have received the package and confirmed the manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping cost and send a new product.
j) At Gorilant we respect the customer's right of withdrawal. You can return the product within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided it is properly packaged and the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your order history.
- Select the details of the order you wish to return.
- At the bottom, you will find a box to contact us. Let us know which product you wish to return or exchange.
- We will send the return label to the email associated with your account.
- Wrap the package and take it to the nearest Post Office.
- If you prefer to manage the return on your own, send the product directly to our warehouse address to avoid return shipping charges. Please inform us in advance if you decide to handle the return yourself.

Once we receive the shipment at our facilities and verify that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the total amount of your return.

Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the product has left our premises. We will refund you as soon as possible, taking into account the relevant collection agency.
