  • High Parallel Bars (37cm): Ideal for handstand push-ups, inclined push-ups, Arnold triceps, and abdominal exercises like L-sit and V-sit.

  • Low Parallel Bars (9.5cm): Perfect for push-ups with neutral, closed, or wide grips. For advanced users, they are excellent for calisthenics tricks like the Full Planch, thanks to their stability.
